Cancellation Policy
**Pamper Palace On the Road – Booking & Rescheduling Policy** Booking policies may vary depending on the selected services. For multi-service appointments, please contact us for more details. If you need to reschedule or postpone your party after paying a deposit, we will do our best to find a new date based on availability. However, deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your event. Pamper Palace Kids Spa, Parties & Accessories LLC reserves the right to reschedule parties due to inclement weather. A doctor's note will be required to reschedule if the birthday girl experiences a medical emergency. In cases of severe weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel and offer an alternative party date. While we will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date, availability is not guaranteed.
