Cancellation Policy

**Pamper Palace On the Road – Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy** If you need to reschedule or postpone your party after paying a deposit, we will work with you to find a new date based on availability. However, deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your event. Pamper Palace Kids Spa, Parties & Accessories LLC reserves the right to reschedule parties in case of inclement weather. If the birthday girl experiences a medical emergency, a doctor's note will be required to reschedule. In cases of severe weather, serious illness, or other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel and offer an alternative party date. While we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, availability is not guaranteed.
